Our Story
Jen’s world has always been awash in color, texture, and pattern. Raised in the vibrant studio of her mother, renowned artist Clare Potter, Jen was surrounded by antique beads, vintage Liberty fabrics, and an endless well of inspiration. From an early age, she was encouraged to explore creatively—embracing the philosophy that there are no mistakes, only opportunities for joyful expression.
Before returning to her creative roots, Jen spent a decade building a successful career in and around the finance industry, where she developed a strong foundation in business operations and honed her expertise in strategic management. Her ability to balance creativity with operational skill became a defining feature of her professional approach.
In 2008, a serendipitous encounter with design icon Bunny Williams reignited Jen’s passion for the arts. During her ten-year tenure overseeing finance and operations at Bunny Williams Home, she was immersed in an environment defined by exceptional creativity and craftsmanship.
Ultimately, Jen’s love for color and pattern led her to found Fete Home. Her designs draw inspiration from antique textiles, fashion, contemporary art, and global travel—each pattern a vibrant reflection of a life lived in full color. Today, Jen brings her unique vision to textiles, wallcoverings, and home décor, infusing every piece with the joyful spirit that has always defined her creative journey.
